RobbMc Performance Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date that the product is shipped. This warranty is extended to the original consumer/purchaser, provided that the product is properly installed, subjected to normal use and service, and is not modified or changed in any way. This warranty is valid ONLY on products purchased from RobbMc Performance.

RobbMc Performance limited warranty does not cover the repair or exchange of any RobbMc product that malfunctions or breaks as a result of misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance or installation, or failure caused by a product for which RobbMc Performance is not responsible. RobbMc Performance will not be liable for special or consequential damages.

If you receive a product from us that does not function as advertised, RobbMc Performance will repair it or exchange the product for another of the exact same make/model. Before making a repair free of charge or issuing an exchange, however, we reserve the right to inspect any questionable product to determine the cause of the malfunction. We also reserve the right to refuse any free repair or exchange.

Please contact us before returning any item(s) for repair or exchange. When returning an item, it is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping charges to ship a product back to RobbMc Performance. However, if the product is defective, RobbMc Performance will pay the shipping charges to ship the product back to the customer.
